does anyone know a computer related job like comp prog or website development which offers training first?
i have a knowledge with visual basic and html. i wanna pursue computer programming and website development. but i don't have a computer yet and i may need further training to enhance my skills in programming.

- I would suggest emailing a few companies with your current skill set and explain what you wish to do, i.e advance your current skill etc most employers will offer you such training if they believe it will help your future and you could be of use to them. If you don't ask you don't get.
